Shipping Policy
Processing Times
We ship orders 3 days a week: Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday. Orders are typically processed within 3-6 business days, but during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 weeks.
We include a 24-hour grace period after you place your order to allow for any address changes or updates. No changes or cancellations can be made after this window.
Domestic Shipping
- Standard Shipping: Please allow 7–10 business days for delivery.
- Most orders are shipped with tracking, so you can monitor your delivery progress.
- If your tracking says "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local post office directly.
International Shipping
- At the moment we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Please double-check your shipping information before placing an order. Somos Primxs is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address (including business closures), the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your package is missing:
- Contact your local post office first and file a report.
- Then, email us with proof of your filed report.
Replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Return Policy
We want you to love your purchase! Here's what you need to know:
Eligible Returns
- Only apparel items are eligible for returns.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
Ineligible Items
- Final Sale items (marked as sale) and stickers are non-returnable.
- Worn, used, or damaged items will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
Return Process
- Email us at somosprimxs@gmail.com to initiate your return.
- Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving your return label.
- A $10 flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges, but you’re welcome to return your item and place a new order separately.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong item or your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at somosprimxs@gmail.com.
- Items must be unworn and unused.
- We are not responsible for wear and tear after use.
Returned-to-Sender Packages
If your package is returned to us, you must contact us within 7 days at somosprimxs@gmail.com.
To receive a refund:
- Items must be in original condition and packaging.
- A shipping fee and any applicable restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
